How to Apply

Admissions Process

(March 2026 Intake )

Please read the process below, complete the application form and submit to the Admissions Office via email:

Please fill it in, sign, and send it to us. Please make sure you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and Refunds Policy available on our website. For us to assess your application, we need to see your documents.

Documents

Please, also send us:

• a signed copy of an application form
• a copy of your passport
• if you are applying for a course other than General English, please send us copies of your qualifications (certificates, diplomas and degrees) from your country
• a copy of your Home Office approved English Language Test


Invoice and Offer Letter
When the documents you have sent are sufficient for entry to your chosen course, we will send you an Offer Letter, given you meet the admissions criteria. If we want you to meet any conditions, we will specify them on the letter. We will also send you an invoice for the total amount payable.


Interview
Depending which course you are applying for, we might interview you over Skype or over the phone. Interview will be a friendly discussion and you will be asked several questions. You can also ask questions if you need to clarify something.
If you are already in the UK, you will be invited to have an interview with our Academic Staff who will assess and make a final assessment of your application.
Please bring your passport and the originals of your qualifications or any letters you have from your university/college or any other documents which you may want us to see.
Following the interview, we will approve your application or make further suggestions.
We may also want to see copies of your bank statements that you will be sending together with your visa application. Seeing your bank statements will help to make sure that Home Office requirements for maintenance are met.

Make The Payment
If your interview is successful, you will need to make a payment so that we can complete your application and issue a Acceptance Letter to you.
The easiest way to pay the fees is by bank transfer (BACS).

We Issue Visa Letter
Once we received your payment we will issue a Visa Letter to Student Visitor Visa.
Please note that we can only issue a Visa Letter after receiving the required fee payment.
Once you have received a Visa Letter you can apply for a visa to come to the UK.
